Privacy Policy

1. Information We Process

• Photos you choose. When you select or take a selfie, it is sent securely to our server, forwarded to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate your styled result, and then discarded. Photos are processed in memory for typically 10-30 seconds and are not stored on our servers.
• No account, no name, no email. The app works without sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, or contacts.
• Purchase status. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Our billing partner RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your subscription state so the app can unlock premium features. We never see your payment details.
• Quiz answers & basic analytics. Onboarding answers (e.g. style goals) and anonymous usage events may be processed to improve the app.

2. How Your Photo Is Handled

• Sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our processing server.
• Forwarded to Google’s Gemini API solely to generate your requested style or color result.
• Deleted immediately after processing. We do not build a photo library of users.
• No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed or stored.
• Never used to train AI models by us. Google processes API content per its Gemini API terms.
• Styled results you save are stored on your device only (your photo library / in-app Lookbook).
• Face data. Photos you submit may contain your face. We do not collect or derive biometric face data: no facial recognition, no faceprints, no facial geometry mapping. The photo itself is used only to render your requested preview, is shared only with Google Gemini for that single purpose, is never stored on our servers, and is deleted from server memory immediately after processing (typically within 10-30 seconds).

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple - App Store distribution and in-app subscription billing.
• RevenueCat - subscription entitlement management (anonymous ID).
• Google Gemini API - AI image processing of the photos you submit.
• Cloudflare - secure API infrastructure.

Any third party with whom we share your data is contractually required to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and as required by Apple’s App Store guidelines. Your photo is shared only with Google Gemini, solely to generate your requested result, and is not retained by us afterward.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data Retention

Photos: not retained (deleted right after processing). Subscription state: retained while your subscription is active, per RevenueCat’s policies. Saved looks: on your device - delete them anytime by removing them from your Lookbook or deleting the app. Face data: none retained. Photos containing your face are processed transiently and never stored.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• You control every photo - nothing is processed unless you choose it.
• Revoke camera/photo permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
